Privacy Policy
Curbside RC collects no personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and the game does not send anything about you to us or to anyone else.
Who we are
Curbside RC is made by Calnexia Studio (Ciprian-Alexandru Frăsinescu), France. You can reach us at support@calnexia.com.
What stays on your device
To remember your game, Curbside RC keeps your progress (coins, cars, upgrades, lap records and battery level) and your settings in the app's own storage on your device. This information never leaves your device through the game, and we cannot see it. Deleting the app deletes it, and Settings → Progress → Reset clears it at any time. Like any app data, it may be included in your device backups, which Apple handles under your Apple Account settings.
Purchases
In-app purchases (coin packs and Unlimited battery) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your name, payment details or Apple Account information. The game only receives Apple's confirmation that a purchase went through, so it can add the coins or unlock the battery. Apple's own privacy policy applies to the payment itself.
No servers, no third parties
The game runs entirely on your device and works offline. It contains no third-party analytics, advertising or crash-reporting tools, and it does not contact our servers. The only network traffic is between iOS and the App Store when you buy or restore a purchase.
Children
Curbside RC collects no personal information from anyone, including children. Purchases go through Apple, so parents can use Ask to Buy and Screen Time to approve or block them.
This website
curbside.calnexia.com is a static website. It sets no cookies and uses no analytics. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site, as described in its own privacy policy.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you have a question about privacy, write to support@calnexia.com. If you live in the European Union, you can also contact your data protection authority; in France, that is the CNIL.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
